I want to dedicate this post to a friend of mine named George. He passed away last year, but I feel somehow that his bravery still echoes through our lives.
December 7th was Pearl Harbor, (when on Dec. 7th 1941) the Japs bombed Pearl Harbor.
This man I speak of not only served our country during WW2, but he was involved in D-Day, a big part of the War's history.
The thing I found most amazing in this man, though, was that he said something like this during an interview,'When your walking toward the bullet, you have to have faith in God.'
His words still live...when we have faith in Jesus, everything worrying us seems to slip away. And that's what George had.
Let us not forget those who have served, and let us serve them back.
