Discover THE TRUTH for YOURself

Have you ever wondered if the high and mighty scientists that "claim" that we came from 'Slime Mold', teaching our children that we originated from NOTHING, then POOF! there's a blob, and the blob grows over millions of years, becomes a monkey, which then becomes a smarter monkey, which then becomes us?  If this theory, which is referred to by our schools now as FACT, is true, then why haven't we found the thousands and millions of "in-between" fossils of all the half-monkey, half humans, and half blob/fish half monkey creatures?  Even Darwin himself stated that if there wasn't thousands of in between fossils to support his hypothesis, then the entire Evolutionism is false.  Well guess what?  To this very day, not ONE "in-between" fossil has been found to support his theory!  Not one!  People have tried to make a perfectly accurate fossil look like an "in-between" fossil, but no fossil has been found, no matter how long we try to look at it.  Even Atheists and other anti-God people admit that if what they're saying is true about God not existing, then there is no purpose for any person, any life, nothing has a purpose...resulting in no hope.  I don't know about you, but I'm not too excited about believing that I evolved from a Slime blob, was evolved by accident by a big BANG and have no purpose in life~!  And yet this is what many regular public schools, including our local school, are teaching to the children of America!  The other day, my mom had the opprotunity to influence some 7th graders, and as they watched a video about bacteria, the video stated something according to the following: 'Slime Mold could very well be the first process that evolved millions of years ago..."
My mom was like: "Now you guys know that you didn't come from slime mold, but that God created you, right?"
And one little hopeful girl answered,
"I hope so!"
Isn't that sad?  If all we think is true all our lives is that we came from slime, that we aren't important, we aren't valuable, and we don't mean anything to anyone, we're just descendants of our slime blob ancestors, then where does hope come from?  Where does the meaning of purpose that fills our hearts and makes us feel loved and unquie originate from?  The more we study our history, and the more we study the Bible and Creation for ourselves, the more we will be assured over and over again that we were CREATED by a CREATOR for a PURPOSE.  We watch movies like Narnia, Voyage of the Dawn Treader, and other ones that inspire us to be brave and make us feel like we have a purpose that has been given to us by Someone higher than us, a King, a Creator.  The Bible is absolute TRUTH, and the very first book of the Bible states, Genesis 1:1 "IN THE BEGINNING, GOD CREATED THE HEAVENS AND THE EARTH."  As Americans, many of us own a Bible, and if not, we know someone that owns one.  Why do we accept all these theories and "so-called truths" by scientists, instead of simply finding out what's truly the TRUTH for ourselves?  In Bob Jones, Biology (bk A) for Freshman year, p. 15 states this about the limitations of Science,

'Limitations Inherent in the Scientific Method

Scientific investigations must deal with physical phenomena* (fih NAHM uh nuh), because experiments or surveys must have observable, measurable data to support a conclusion.  A problem investigated by the scientific method is generally stated so that it can be answered with a yes, a no, or a number (such as a percentage or ratio.)  Questions asking how or why are not measurable and are therefore beyond the scope of science.  The scientific method cannot explain a phenomenon.'

P. 16 in Bob Jones Biology (bk A) freshman-

'The Limitations of Science

~ Science must deal with observable, measurable phenomena.
~Science can only describe, not explain.
~No experiment can be completely controlled.
~Observations may be faulty.
~Man's beliefs affect his judgment.
~Science must deal with repeatable results.
~Science cannot deal with values or morals.
~Science cannot prove a universal statement.
~Science cannot establish truth.'

Usually, the truths that the world tells you is true, and encourages you to believe and trust them and not to do your own research and study, is because there is something that is being hidden from you. Don't take my word for it, but study the Bible yourself!  Also, other wonderful resources that I have found very helpful are:

'The Beginning of the World' by Henry M. Morris
 &
'Biology (bk A & B) by Bob Jones', Freshman year (2005, 3rd edition)

I encourage you to find the One and Only TRUTH that will give you satisfaction.
Jesus Christ.

Sincerely,
Samantha

Land of the Free?

The remembrance of 9/11 was exactly five days ago, marking 11 years since the catastrophe that paralyzed all of America...and the world.
The bombing of the World Trade Center, and of the Pentagon by Muslim martyrs.  Thousands were murdered, millions were left in questioning of their future, the world was left with one question: why?
"God bless America, the land of the free, and the home of the brave".  When the Declaration of Independence was signed two hundred and thirty-seven years ago, our America was founded on God Almighty, not Allah, not Budah, not anyone else.  We can say we are the land of the free because God gives freedom through His Son on the cross, Jesus Christ!!  He gives refuge to those that seek Him when He may be found.  He will not "leave you, nor forsake you".  We still live in the land of the free, the home of heroes, of leaders, of brave, regular people like you and I that instead of running away from the destruction, they ran toward it, because they KNEW that they were needed most where the chaos, trauma, death and horror was happening.  They didn't bend to injustice, but stood for liberty and freedom!
We still have heroes like that today!  Our firemen, policemen, regular people like us, gave they're lives at 9/11!  The brave heroes aren't gone...you see them when they're needed most.  They haven't disappeared.

My mom was telling me a story of this plane.  Just a normal, regular flight, with normal, regular people.
But suddenly, the realization hit them...the plane was being turned around.
All around, mothers and fathers, aunts and uncles, people and children, listened to their cell phones, hearing about the bombing of the World Trade Center.  Hearts skipped beats and sorrow beckoned.  Then it became clear.  Muslims had taken over the plane...they were going to crash into the White House!  Either way, they all knew they were going to die.  Fathers called home, "I love you."  Were the last words of so many lives.  Then, a man that was perhaps the bravest of them all, he called a friend, and told her to tell his wife that he loved her...but he knew what he had to do.  What they had to do.  They had to stop the Muslim Terrorists from destroying the House that had taken hold on all American hearts over the centuries...it was America's heart, her soul.  The White House.

His words came:  "Let's roll."  And everyone knew what he meant.

Fathers, mothers, sisters and brothers, crowded into the pilot chamber and stopped the terrorists.  But weeping sounded.  The plane hurtled into a field in Pennsylvania, probably the bravest heroes that day, died.

But they saved the White House!  America could not be destroyed.  Her people are willing to die for her....are you?

America is being oppressed right now...whether you want to believe it or not, the reality cannot be hidden.  Will you stand for the God that breathed into America and began her first heartbeat,
or will you shun your eyes and leave her alone?

By God's grace, let us stand for the freedom in which blood is the price.

Beginning School??? But Beginning Books????

~Never lower your perspective on books!  Good books, with the Truth of God and morale stories and meanings, are always profitable.  This school year, lets read books that profit us.
Here's some of the latest novels that I've read that have inspired me and are truly God-honoring.
Summer of Promise (by Amanda Cabot)

Inspiring and based in the wild West in the 1880's, Abagail's true hope lies in the assurance that God has called her here...even if she doesn't know how or why yet.

Others:

Sunshine on Her Face
(by Samantha M. Anne)

Beginning in 1860, Casri McKlay struggles with knowing her purpose in life.  After Indian raids, her Pa leaving her, and a tragic family loss, something happens that changes her life forever.

Before you Meet Prince Charming (by Sarah Mally)

Find answers to tough questions like: is dating wrong?  What do I do while I'm waiting for my Prince to come?  and many other questions in this Scripture-based, beautifully written book.

"You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; You have put off my sackcloth and clothed me with gladness."

and hobbies

~Here, I'll start out with something about me, too.

Live It Out

Whether you live in Germany, Tennesee, or France, I would say that all of us want to live a life of abundance.  Hopefully, when we are dead, we will be remembered at our funeral as a person that made a difference in others lives.  Then again, nothing but our right-standing with God will matter when we die!
But how can you 'live it out', as I'm going to call it, to your fullest?  How can you live your life and not regret it?
"But now we have been delivered from the law, having died to what we were held by, so that we should serve in the newness of the Spirit and not in the oldness of the letter."

Romans 7:6

There's our answer!  The Bible tells us that when we turn from our sin and turn to Jesus for salvation, and Him ONLY, not our works, but only Him, then you have been delivered from sin in which you in chains to, and now you are in the newness of the Spirit!  Your a new being, a new person in Christ, and only then...ONLY then, can you live a life to its fullest!

Oh!  The joy that comes to all those that die to their sin and cling to the cross of Jesus Christ!

Live it out.

Thank you readers for reading my blog!  I appreciate everyone who comes and spends their time here.  I encourage you to always keep looking for The Truth, and not be satisfied until you find it in Jesus.

Sincerely,
Samantha

God Bless America*land that I love*stand beside her*and guide her*through the night with the light from above*

The time is coming when you will be asked the question, "Are you voting?"  And more importantly, "Who are you voting for?"

God bless America...that's what most of us want, isn't it?  But God is also just, and He will only bless a country that is seeking to follow Him.  I'm not saying vote for so and so and not so and so...I'm simply encouraging you to seek history, and seek God's Word, and obey His voice.
It will take courage.  But courage is worth it.  It might be painful.  But pain is worth it.
Don't shrink into the average pitfall...be couragrous and stand up for THE TRUTH.
"In God we trust."

Is that written on your life?

Tears, Sisters and Hope

Have you ever been so connected with a certain group of friends that you don't realize how much you love them, till they have to go away?
The last show of The Velveteen Rabbit was on Saturday, July 28th.  We have three shows, one on Friday night, one Saturday matinee, and one that evening.  Usually, you can tell that the girls are giving even more than usual on that last show...the one that everyone knows will be the last time for them to shine, the last time that all these girls are together and dancing the touching and heartfelt story of a girl that loves a little stuffed rabbit...and because of that love...the rabbit becomes real.
I have come to know these girls at the ballet program as like my sisters...so many of us have known each other for over half our lives or nearly all our lives...and it brings tears to our eyes to watch eight of the older girls this year graduate.  Once you turn 18, you have to graduate.
The sun was setting on this chapter, this period, of our lives.  The heroines of the King, the beautiful dancers that played the main characters...they are done, they are through, and it breaks hearts.
But it is also the dawning of a new time, a new era.  Now, the younger girls that feel as if they should never have the chance to move up and shine to their best ability, their chance to become a main character, those doubts begin to fade as they realize that they, we, are the next generation of heroines.  We can shine for Him, too...we should never lower ourselves, thinking that because a girl may be a better dancer than us, then we are lowly and unimportant.  We are all important, we are all equal.  And because of this unseen bonding that has been molded over all these years...we are sisters.  Sisters in Christ.
There were so many tears and embraces that will always be engraved into my memory on that amazing, Saturday night.  I cried till no more tears would come, and no more sorrow could be pressed out.
The tears will eventually dry, and the bond that has been created between us all will never be broken simply because they are moving on to a better and exciting chapter in their lives.
The examples of the upright, of those that are following Jesus with their hearts and lives, that gives me hope.
It gives us hope.

The dawning of a new generation of heroines...this is only the beginning of the end.

At the Theatre. Wednesday, July 25th, 2012

We're finally at the theatre!  These are all from the first day at the theatre rehearsal...

It's amazing what can happen when you give Jesus your heart as you dance, and don't hold anything back.  I have finally come to understand why I struggled with my joy as I danced...I tried to give it my ALL, but most of the time, I wasn't clear on who I was giving my ALL.  Before The Velveteen Rabbit ballet show, I was struggling so much with my faith and worrying about what other people thought of me while I danced, instead of only dancing for The One, God.  Then, my Dad told me something like: "Have you ever thought of 'Audience of One'?"  I hadn't thought of it that way really, but my Dad began that wondering inside my heart of only dancing for "Audience of One".  Then, this girl that's a little older than me, a girl that I admire truly because every time she dances I see a joy that illuminates from her face and shines forth; I asked her what helps her to dance for God so beautifully, and she answered, "Audience of One."

By chance?  I know better.  I finally realized that this entire time I had been jealous of the older dancers because I saw in them something that I didn't have...and it was joy.  Joy that only is borne through a heart that dances for the "Audience of One."  God opened my eyes to my selfishness, and He brought me the greatest joy I've ever had through this show.  There has been other shows before this one, but this one...
was my absolute BEST.

Audience of One.

You have a Secret Admirer

When do you think about God?
Do you know that God thinks about you all the time?

 Psalm 139:17-18

How precious are Your thoughts to me, O God!  How great is the sum of them!  If I should count them, they would be more in number than the sand...

God is your secret admirer.  He thinks about you more than the number of the sand!  Can you believe that?  The Creator of life and death, of this earth and the moon and stars, of everything, admires you!  And He wants you to admire Him, too.  He longs to have a relationship with you, and knows that you need Him in order to have life eternal.
Your Secret Admirer wrote you a very long love letter, called the Bible.  Don't you think if someone was in love with you and spent the time to write you a long, truthful and loving love letter; shouldn't you read it?
Let's say perhaps it was from your Dad, and he was away in the Navy somewhere, and this was the only letter you got from him.  Would you simply crumble it up or set it away and never read it?
God did that for us...He admires you, and He wants you to know what its like to know Him.
You find your answer to knowing God in His giant love letter to you.

 John 3:16

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him, shall not perish but have everlasting life.

God sent Jesus Christ His only Son to die on the cross when you and I were the ones that deserved Hell and death; but God gives us hope through His Son!  When you repent and believe in Jesus, you are saved!    What greater love has any secret admirer than that?  None!

And guess what?  It's not a secret any longer!

Our Little 'Church'

This is me playing the piano.
I'm playing 'Lord I'm coming home'

Love in Grace. Gracefully forgiving and letting go.

I know I'm needy of grace, LOTS of times in my life.  Even in one minute, isn't it strange how easy it is to mess up and say something that you didn't mean, something that afterward, you were like: "Where did that come from?"  I know we've all been in that place.
But at church today, my Pastor spoke of prayer.  Prayer is more important that many people value it as.  You are saved by crying out to God for forgiveness, (by praying to Him, crying out to Him), Jesus only had to say the word and the Heavens were formed.  He got alone and prayed to His Father.  He not only did it for example, but because He truly wanted to grow closer to His Dad.
Do we seek God that way?  Are we praying to Him, asking Him for forgiveness when we fail, and then getting back up again and giving grace to our siblings, our moms and dads, everyone?
None of us are perfect, but spending time alone in prayer is going to continue to shape you more like the One that is the Ultimate Shaper.

So pray.
And don't be afraid to tell God your heart....

that's the most powerful prayer.

In Christ,
Samantha

Enjoying the Moments with Family

After a long time of not seeing my Aunt Yolanda, Uncle Kevin and my cousins, it was so good to spend time with them!  They live in Texas, so the last time I saw them was like a year and a half ago!  It's AMAZING on how fast kids grow, its CRAZY!  But simply enjoying the moments with them is a way to make it seem to go by slower...even if you can't stop them from growing!

Buttons and Snippets...memories sweet

'The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear?  The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?'
Psalm 27:1

"Now, therefore," Says the Lord, "Turn to Me with all your heart, with fasting and weeping.."

"Now, therefore," Says the Lord, "Turn to Me with all your heart, with fasting and weeping.."
Joel 2:12
